  • KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit): Essential if you’re planning on working, retiring, staying in a long-term villa rental in Bali, or starting a business.
  • Digital Nomad Visa (Coming Soon): Indonesia is set to launch a long-stay visa focused on remote workers, making lengthy visits simpler than ever.

  • Honor Local Traditions: Bali’s Hindu culture is rich—be sure to dress respectfully at temples and follow customary practices.
  • Drive Safely: Bali’s roads can be hectic, so learn to ride a motorbike safely or consider hiring a driver.
  • Connect With People: Take part in yoga, join expat gatherings, or work at coworking spots like Outpost and Dojo Bali.
  • Embrace “Jam Karet”: Life here is slower—enjoy “rubber time” and savor each moment during your long stay villa rental experience in Indonesia.

  6. Bali always attractive for foreigners yaa, thats why they want to stay there for a long time. But sometime there are many tourists like to act up, make some messy.
#imho, if possible, our government should be strict in supervising tourists who come to Bali.
If possible, we must provide strict conditions/ rules for their staying here, so foreigners who come are also filtered, like us when we go to abroad.
But, however, I hope whoever they are who come to Bali can enjoy this beautiful island.

  9. Gaya hidup santai, biaya hidup bisa ditekan, terus villa-nya cakep-cakep pula.. siapa yang nggak tergoda ke bali?
Yang paling menarik sih konsep ‘jam karet’, alias hidup tanpa ngebut. Kayaknya cocok banget buat healing sambil tetap produktif (asal Wi-Fi lancar ya 😌).

Btw, bagian soal adaptasi sama budaya lokal tuh penting banget. Biar nggak cuma numpang eksis, tapi beneran nyatu sama vibe-nya Bali.
